最近、札幌に滞在しています。大変な寒さで、すでに雪が降りました（笑）正直、東京では考えられないですよね…。ただ、札幌、というか北海道は全体的に、賃貸物件の防寒対策がしっかりしているので安心です。ペアガラスがほとんどで、しかも2重窓にしてあったりします。つまり、窓ガラスが4枚あるわけですね。こんなしっかりした作りなのに、賃貸価格はとても安いです。お得！
北海道には新千歳空港があって、札幌から車で一時間くらいで着きます。香港や上海、グアム、サイパンやヨーロッパ、アメリカにも直行便が出ていて本当に便利。もちろんオーストラリアにも直行便は出ていますよ～。

そして札幌、というか北海道は海外からの観光客がここ10年でとても増えましたね～～。特に最近、ここ2～3年は中国からの観光客が多いような気がします。いたるところで中国の表示などを見るようになりましたからね。
これからますます札幌に元気になってほしいですね！
